At Popexa, we are committed to delivering high-quality features and value through our premium services. This Refund Policy explains when you may request a refund, how we handle payments, and what exceptions apply.

By subscribing to any paid service on Popexa, you agree to this policy.


1. General Refund Terms

Popexa operates under a strict no-refund policy for most digital purchases. However, under certain conditions (described below), you may qualify for a partial or full refund.

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Popexa.


2. Subscription Plans (Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise)

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is processed.

  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a partial refund if:

    • You request cancellation within 7 days of the initial purchase.

    • You haven’t used premium features extensively (e.g., no ad usage or mass postings).

❗ Refunds are not granted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Unused time after upgrade

  • Account bans due to policy violations


3. Advertising & Promotion Purchases

All ad campaign purchases and promoted content payments are non-refundable, unless:

  • The campaign failed to run due to a system error caused by Popexa

  • The ad was not approved and never displayed

Refunds will not be issued for performance dissatisfaction or user-generated issues (e.g., targeting errors).


4. Marketplace, Store, and Third-Party Sales

Popexa is not responsible for refunds related to:

  • Products/services purchased via third-party users or businesses on the platform

  • Job board transactions or freelance agreements

Buyers and sellers are responsible for managing disputes directly.


5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're eligible, contact us within 7 days of the transaction:

  • Your account email

  • Transaction ID or receipt

  • Description of issue

  • Reason for requesting a refund

We typically respond within 3–5 business days.


6. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.


7. ⚠️ Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect:

  • Repeated refund requests

  • Use of stolen payment information

  • Attempts to exploit refund policies

Fraudulent activity may result in permanent account suspension.


8. Policy Changes

Popexa reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Major changes will be announced via email or platform notification.
