By subscribing to any paid service on Popexa, you agree to this policy.
Popexa operates under a strict no-refund policy for most digital purchases. However, under certain conditions (described below), you may qualify for a partial or full refund.
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Popexa.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is processed.
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a partial refund if:
You request cancellation within 7 days of the initial purchase.
You haven’t used premium features extensively (e.g., no ad usage or mass postings).

Change of mind
Accidental purchases
Unused time after upgrade
Account bans due to policy violations
All ad campaign purchases and promoted content payments are non-refundable, unless:
The campaign failed to run due to a system error caused by Popexa
The ad was not approved and never displayed
Refunds will not be issued for performance dissatisfaction or user-generated issues (e.g., targeting errors).
Popexa is not responsible for refunds related to:
Products/services purchased via third-party users or businesses on the platform
Job board transactions or freelance agreements
Buyers and sellers are responsible for managing disputes directly.

Fraudulent activity may result in permanent account suspension.
